Prof. Dr. Agam Vora — Eminent Chest Physician & Pulmonologist with Over 25 Years of Dedicated Experience
Prof. Dr. Agam Vora is a leading chest physician and respiratory specialist based in Mumbai, with a rich legacy of over 25 years in clinical practice, teaching, and research. He is the Medical Director of Vora Clinic, Borivali West, Mumbai, and holds prestigious roles as an Honorary Consultant at prominent hospitals, including Karuna Hospital and Suchak Hospital.
He has served as the Assistant Honorary Chest Physician and Head of the Department of Chest & Tuberculosis at Dr. R. N. Cooper Municipal General Hospital (2002–2019), and as a Professor in pulmonology at renowned medical colleges.
Academic & Professional Achievements
Educational Qualification: Graduate from Grant Medical College, Mumbai. Postgraduate in Pulmonology from Lokmanya Tilak Medical College, Mumbai.
Over 50 publications, research articles, and book chapters available on Google Scholar, contributing significantly to the global body of respiratory medicine.
Delivered more than 500 guest lectures across national and international platforms, sharing expertise on respiratory diseases, COVID-19, and medical education.
Organized and chaired more than 30 national and international conferences, including the notable NAPCON 2016 — a conference attended by over 3000 delegates worldwide.
Invited for numerous orations and keynote addresses at national conferences, recognized as a distinguished speaker in respiratory medicine.
Pioneered India’s first tracheal stent insertion for benign tracheal stenosis in 1999.
